Lie down into prone position onto the ball, place your feet onto the ground in a straddle somewhat wider than shoulder width. Your hands should be next to your ears and your head is the extension of your torso. Lift your upper body upwards, then let yourself down to the starting position and repeat this exercise until you get exhausted.
