The rowing with a narrower grip has a greater effect on the rhomboid muscles located between the shoulder blades and the middle part of the trapezoid muscle covering the rhomboid muscles. Each rowing motion is a complex exercise as there is a motion even in the elbow joint and also the muscles of the biceps, forearm and the rear part of the shoulder muscles are working as supplementary muscles.

Face the G-Flex equipment, grab the handles. Bend your knees and while your arms are straight in front of you, lean back fully. Preferably your torso should be parallel with the ground.

Perform the exercise with a straight back and firm torso. Always the shoulder blade starts the motion: you have to approach the shoulder blades to each other then you bend your elbows after this and pull the weight towards yourself and your hands should arrive at the height of the upper part of the abs.
