  • The necessary cotton fitness apparel can be hired from our clubs or you can use your own clothing.
  • When wearing your own clothing it is important that it reaches below your knees and to the elbow and is made of 95% cotton, as synthetic fabrics act as insulators and prevent impulses from reaching the muscles.
  • We dampen the electrodes of the technical suit with water before training to ensure the proper flow of impulses to different muscle groups in the body.
  • If necessary, we wear the arm and calf straps or the E-Fit shorts and vest, which are connected to the device.
  • Prior to training, we perform simple warm-up exercises to gently work on the joints and muscles in order to prevent any injuries.
  • Training can begin after selecting the training programme adjusted to the customer’s goals.
  • The 20-minute session takes place with the help of a personal trainer, a diverse training plan and maximum attention. The training ends with a 3-minute relaxation programme and stretching exercises under the guidance of the personal trainer.
  • You should allow 45 minutes for the training session including changing clothes.
