The electric muscle stimulation method combined with active exercise helps muscle development and toning, and is NOT to be confused with treatment in a lying position commonly applied in beauty salons!

 

Together with the electric muscle stimulation we do simple gymnastics and strengthening exercises for which reason muscle development and fat burning are ten times more efficient as they would be separately. The essence of and key to the efficiency of E-Fit training lies in the simultaneous stimulation of the entire body. As all muscle groups are exercised at the same time, the average length of a workout session is reduced to one-sixth. During the hours spent in the gym we do separate exercises to move all our muscle groups, which means 15-20 minutes of workout time for each body zones and 3-4 series of every exercise, that effects 30-40 muscle contraction. By contrast, with the E-Fit equipment all muscle groups are trained simultaneously and, thanks to electric impulses, there are 30-40 micro-contractions per second in all the muscles affected; furthermore, the basic exercises that we carry out during the training also stimulate the muscles, that are already in a tensed condition, which means approximately 36,000 muscle contractions in the entire body – all within in a mere 20 minute workout. A vest and a pair of shorts made of light and strong fabric are the heart and soul of the E-Fit devices. These clothes, made of anti-bacterial, easy-to-clean and breathable fabric carry and keep in position the electrodes.
